Buying a Home

Buying a home is an exciting and complex adventure.  It can also be a very time-consuming and costly one if you're not familiar with all aspects of the process, and don't have all the best information and resources at hand.  Please note that in BC, a buyer always pays Property Purchase Tax, unless he/she is classified as a "first time buyer".  Property Purchase tax amounts to  1% of the value of the home up to $200K and 2% of the balance of the purchase price.
